Etiquette du fabricant Franz Deiner sur la 5e avenue à New York. Nom manuscrit R.M. Small Co I 308th Inf. correspondant au 2nd Lieutenant Richard M. Small, originaire de Braintree dans le Massachusetts, bien recensé à la compagnie I du 308e d'infanterie, 77e Division, pour toute la durée du conflit, embarquement pour la France en avril 1918, et retour en avril 1919 avec le grade de 1st Lieutenant. Usure d'usage, belle coiffure AEF ayant vraiment participé à la guerre. U.S. Officer’s Cap, 2nd Lieutenant R.M. Small, Company I, 308th Infantry Regiment, 77th Division, WWI Officer’s cap, Model 1910, in khaki gabardine with beige band, light brown leather visor and adjustable chinstrap. Lined in yellow silk with a tan leather sweatband. Maker’s label, Franz Deiner, 5th Avenue, New York. Handwritten name “R.M. Small Co I 308th Inf.,” corresponding to 2nd Lieutenant Richard M. Small of Braintree, Massachusetts, recorded as serving in Company I of the 308th Infantry, 77th Division, throughout the war—departed for France in April 1918, returned in April 1919 with the rank of 1st Lieutenant. Pour les règlements à distance, nous acceptons exclusivement les paiements par virement bancaire. Vous pouvez néanmoins payer sur place par carte bleue ou espèce (dans la limite de 3000€ par bordereau, frais compris).

Dans votre espace personnel « Mon compte », vous pourrez nous signaler une adresse de livraison différente au moment de l'enregistrement de votre ordre d'achat.

Si nous n'avons pas de nouvelles de votre part dans les 24 heures, nous vous enverrons une facture en choisissant l'adresse de livraison indiquée dans votre espace personnel. Expédition

Notre société ne s'occupe pas encore de l'expédition de vos achats. C'est pourquoi, nous vous recommandons une liste de société de livraison spécialisée dans l'expédition de souvenirs historiques. Cette liste sera annexée à votre facture. Nous pouvons également pour les objets de valeur de grand format vous proposer un service de création spéciale de caisses à la mesure.

Si vous préférez que votre commande soit livrée à votre adresse professionnelle ou chez un proche pendant votre absence, nous nous en occupons avec plaisir. Envoyez-nous un e-mail pour nous indiquer votre nouvelle adresse de livraison et nous vous ferons parvenir une facture mise à jour.

Récupération sur place

Nous serons heureux de vous recevoir dans nos bureaux afin de vous donner personnellement vos achats. Merci de prendre impérativement contact avec nous au préalable afin de fixer une date de rendez-vous. En effet, afin de trouver de nouveaux trésors, nos équipes sont souvent absentes. C'est pourquoi, il est important de prendre rendez-vous.

Si vous souhaitez que ce soit l'un de vos amis qui récupère vos lots, merci de nous en informer par mail en nous donnant ses coordonnées et en lui fournissant une procuration au moment où il se présentera pour les récupérer.

Magasinage

Vous avez un mois pour payer et récupérer vos lots
auprès de nous, passez ce délai nous nous verrons
dans l'obligation de vous appliquer un forfait de 5€
par jour de frais de magasinage. Cette somme sera à payer
au jour de la récupération effective de vos objets.

Notre garantie !

Nous proposons uniquement des objets de collection qui, au meilleur de la connaissance de nos spécialistes, sont authentiques. Environ 15 % des dépôts sont restitués au déposant après des recherches approfondies en cas de doute sur l'authenticité.

Contrairement aux maisons de ventes traditionnelles, nous offrons un droit de retour total. Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait de votre achat, vous pouvez le retourner dans un délai de 1 an. Informez-nous et nous vous indiquerons comment procéder au retour de l'objet. Pour en savoir plus, consultez notre page FAQ.

Remarque importante : annuler une enchère après une vente peut décevoir le déposant, qui est lui aussi un collectionneur comme vous.
