Photos du Débarquement. Cinq photos très grand format. Dimensions 29 x 35,5 cm. Intitulées The Yanks in the ETO. Représentant l’armada américaine débarquant du matériel sur les plages normandes. Un Duwk traversant le Rhin. Des soldats américain à bord des bateaux, lors de la traversée de la Manche. Un canon débarqué d’un bateau, avec en premier plan des soldats de l’US Navy. Le chargement des cargots avec le débarquement. A noter une légère usure et patine des pièces. Etat II+. D-Day photographs. Set of five very large format black and white photographs, measuring 29 × 35.5 cm, titled “The Yanks in the ETO”. Depicting the American armada unloading equipment on the Normandy beaches; a DUKW crossing the Rhine; American soldiers aboard ships during the Channel crossing; an artillery piece being unloaded from a vessel with US Navy personnel in the foreground; and the loading of cargo ships in preparation for the landings. Notable for light wear and patina. Condition II+.
